6 Week Journey to Healthy Living

Thinking about your long-term health and wellness? We have the program for you! Join one of our trained lifestyle coaches for a 6-week program, only one hour a week, focused on nutrition, getting active and all things healthy! You will learn that small lifestyle changes can help you prevent or reverse chronic diseases and improve your quality of life. Each week will address a different topic such as nutrition, healthy eating, getting active, shopping and cooking, stress management, importance of sleep and more! Sessions will provide opportunities for self-reflection and goal setting to gain awareness of one’s current lifestyle and ability to commit to minor changes to improve one’s overall health.

  • Q and A with a registered dietitian and nutritionist
  • Meal Planning
  • Shopping and Cooking the Healthy Way

Cancellation Policy
We will provide a full refund to registrants who have a medical reason for canceling the class. A $10 registration fee per class will be retained for all other cancellation refunds. To receive a refund, you must notify the ECHN's Center for Healthy Living at 860.647.6824 no later than 48 hours before the first class. No refunds will be given once the class begins.
