Join our trained Lifestyle Coaches from the Diabetes Wellness Center as they share and prepare delicious recipes anyone can make at home. Now you can cook along with them, in this one-of-a-kind Virtual Cooking Class! You learn best by doing they say, so cook alongside our experts and make easy, prepare ahead one pot meals that are good for your body. You are also welcome to just watch and learn! Fighting disease and maintaining our health can be delicious.
