Strength and Stretch for Women: Trial Class

Looking to try something new in 2024? Come and see what Strength and Stretch is all about before the new session begins on January 18th! In this free trial class, we will go through several of the simple strength exercises and flexibility movements from a typical Strength and Stretch for Women class. Begin to experience the incredible benefits of strength training, including:
- Increased strength
- Reduced the risk of falls
- Increased muscle mass and bone density
- Improved balance, coordination, and mobility
- Improved mood
- Better quality of sleep
- Boosted self-confidence and self-esteem
Our certified fitness and yoga instructor, Jillian Miner, will also offer additional time after the class to answer questions or address specific needs.
Recommended equipment: a chair and a light set of hand weights (household items such as cans of soup or bottles of water can be used instead).
