Strength and Stretch for Women Drop-In

Curious about this class, but want to try it out before you commit to an entire session?
Want to work on building strength but your schedule doesn’t allow you to attend all 6 weeks?
The Class Pass provides the flexibility to register for just one class at a time to best fit your needs.

What to Expect:

  • Explore Strength Building: Gentle, supportive environment for enhancing strength, balance, and flexibility
  • Injury Prevention & Metabolism Boost: Improve overall strength, prevent injuries, and increase metabolism
  • Exercise Routine: Simple yet effective strength-building exercises for the entire body followed by relaxing stretches

Recommended Equipment:

  • Chair and Light Hand Weights: (Household items like cans of soup or water bottles can serve as substitutes)

Pre-registration is required. You MUST download our class waiver to participate in the program, fill it out virtually and email it back to: diabeteswellness@echn.org prior to the class.

Cancellation Policy
We will provide a full refund to registrants who have a medical reason for canceling the class. A $10 registration fee per class will be retained for all other cancellation refunds. To receive a refund, you must notify the ECHN Center for Healthy Living office at 860.647.6824 no later than 48 hours prior to the first class. No refunds will be given once the class begins.
