Stay Nourished: How to Eat When Times are Hard

Are you overwhelmed with meal prep and planning nutritious meals?  Join Registered Dietitian Amy Rapone, MS, RD, CD-N as she shares information about the building blocks of a nutritious meal, and the importance of meal patterns.  She will also teach you how to establish back up meal plans for loss of appetite, low funds, pain and other concerns as well as show you some stress management techniques to help you overcome the stress of meal prep and planning.
