Small group coaching combines the benefits of personalized guidance with the power of group dynamics. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to work with an intimate group of 6 or less, guided by an experienced lifestyle coach.

Zig Ziglar says, “You can’t reach your destination if you don’t know where you’re going.” During the course of this 3-week program, you will:

Create your own personal definition of wellness
Work to design a clear, achievable pathway to reach your goals
Identify potential challenges and how you will overcome them
Receive personalized attention and support
Share experiences with the group, learn from one another, and hold each other accountable

Cancellation Policy

We will provide a full refund to registrants who have a medical reason for canceling the class. A $10 registration fee per class will be retained for all other cancellation refunds. To receive a refund, you must notify the ECHN Perinatal Education office at 860-647-4790 no later than 48 hours prior to the first class. No refunds will be given once the class begins.
