Canceled Program – Understanding Perimenopause: Insights and Natural Support

Perimenopause, is a transitional phase leading up to menopause, typically occurring in women in their 30s to 50s. During this time women experience a range of hormonal changes that can affect both physical and emotional well-being.  While hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a common option, many women seek natural alternatives. Join naturopath Dr. Lauren Young as she helps you gain an understanding of these changes to help you navigate through this period with confidence and grace naturally.

Cancellation Policy
We will provide a full refund to registrants who have a medical reason for canceling the class. A $10 registration fee per class will be retained for all other cancellation refunds. To receive a refund, you must notify the ECHN Perinatal Education office at 860-647-4790 no later than 48 hours prior to the first class. No refunds will be given once the class begins.
