Sweet Talk Support Group: Beans, Beans, Beans – Plant Based Meal Planning

Please join ECHN’s Bridget Sutherland, RDN from 12-1 PM in Manchester Hospital’s Miller Conference room. You will learn about the health benefits of beans – and other pulses, like peas and lentils. We will learn the powerful nutrition punch these seeds provide to our diet, in an affordable, convenient, and delicious way! Bridget will review the latest health science and nutrition facts on beans and will provide recipes! You will learn how to add beans to your diet, even in a dessert! Join us for some facts and fun!

“Sweet Talk” is a support group for people with diabetes. Please join us and network with other people with diabetes. No registration is needed and feel free to bring a friend or caretaker.
