Heidi Lyons is Wellness Coach and Certified Essential Oil Specialist and Educator. Heidi is a natural teacher with 25 years of experience homeschooling her nine children. With the help of doTERRA essential oils she became a healer in her own home and passionate about educating and empowering others to do the same. She helps people achieve better physical and emotional wellness through a healthy lifestyle and natural solutions.
Sweet Talk is ECHN’s Diabetes Support Group that welcomes anyone who has diabetes and would like to make connections with others living who live with diabetes every day. The group meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 12-1 PM at ECHN’s Diabetes Wellness Center located at Manchester Memorial Hospital. We welcome new members who are looking for support.
