April is National Stress Awareness Month. Managing stress is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle and knowing how to manage stress can improve one’s mental and physical well-being, as well as minimize the risk factors of health related issues.  Join Christina Chykirda, LPC and Jeanne Francis, LCSW as they share information about what stress and anxiety looks like, ways you can build resilience and where you can go for support.
