Sweet Talk Support Group: Shopping Tips and Senior Discount Day

Join ShopRite Dietitian, Lindsey Kent for a diabetes focused shopping tour. Walk around the ShopRite of Manchester and put your knowledge to practice as we discuss smart shopping strategies. From the produce department to the cereal aisle, we will be reviewing label reading, discussing budget friendly shopping tips and meal inspiring ideas.
This program is free and open to the public and will be held at the Shoprite in Manchester.

Sweet Talk is ECHN’s Diabetes Support Group that welcomes anyone who has diabetes and would like to make connections with others living who live with diabetes every day. The group meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 12-1 PM at ECHN’s Diabetes Wellness Center located at Manchester Memorial Hospital. We welcome new members who are looking for support.
