Creating an LGBTQ+ Inclusive Environment
Join Kim Adamski, BA, CHW, HIV Prevention Specialist from the Hartford Gay and Lesbian Health Collective who will discuss the difference between gender and sexuality, key terms that everyone should know, and how to create a welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ populations professionally and in everyday life. You will also learn how to become an ally for LGBTQ+ community, even if you aren’t LGBTQ+ yourself.
