Fit For Delivery Prenatal Exercise Class – Free Pilot Series (Medical Clearance Required)
Manchester Memorial Hospital, Conference Room E/F
This class will run every Saturday in February from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. We are excited to launch a new prenatal exercise class designed for expectant mothers. Taught by an A.C.E.
