The Bradley Method® Classes – New for 2024!

February 17 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST

This class runs from Saturday, February 17 – April 27 (so session on 3/9 or 3/30)

The Bradley Method® teaches natural childbirth and views birth as a natural process. The focus and belief is that most women with proper education, preparation, and the help of a loving and supportive coach can be taught to give birth naturally. The Bradley Method® is a system of natural labor techniques in which a woman and her coach play an active part. It is a simple method of increasing self-awareness, teaching a woman how to deal with the stress of labor by tuning in to her own body. The Bradley Method® encourages mothers to trust their bodies using natural breathing, relaxation, nutrition, exercise, and education.

This 12 class series is taught by a certified Bradley Method® Instructor. Some classes are combined making the series 9 weeks

(Class Fee includes the $25.00 materials and The Bradley Method® registration fee)

*Class Fee is per couple: 1 ticket = 1 couple

Note: Within 1 week of registration, you will receive an email confirmation with additional details.
