Sweet Talk Support Group Holiday Gathering

“Sweet Talk” is a support group for people with diabetes and prediabetes. The group meets regularly on the third Tuesday of the month from 12-1 PM at Manchester Memorial Hospital located at 71 Haynes Street, Manchester CT. Please join us and network with other people with diabetes. Feel free to bring a friend or caretaker. If you have any questions, please call 860-647-6824.

Join us for our annual holiday gathering as we come together to celebrate our achievements and set our sights on new goals for 2025. We invite you to be a part of this special occasion. This class will take place in the Miller Conference Room.
