Mastering Your Balance: A Fall Prevention Program

FreeSeptember is fall prevention month. Falls and balance problems are a significant concern, especially for aging adults, and are the second leading cause of unintentional deaths. Falls are often preventable through simple lifestyle adjustments and home modifications. Join Mary Pesce, PTA, LSVT, CPT, CET as she shares information on changes as we age. She will also share techniques to prevent falls through exercise, balance, and strength training. To help reduce the risk of falls and improve your quality of life, Mary will also provide tips for making your living space safer and addressing potential hazards.
