Class meets Wednesday mornings, January 7- 21, 2026

This program provides an opportunity for (1) parent and baby to deepen their bond and develop relaxation skills that will last a lifetime! A variety of hands-on techniques are taught to aid digestion, improve sleep patterns, help soothe fussiness and enhance baby’s growth and development. Parents learn to read baby’s cues, meet other parents, get support, gain confidence in parenting and learn about baby’s emerging personality. Massage instruction handouts and oils included.

Best taken when babies are 6 weeks until crawling. Taught by our Certified Infant Massage Instructor.

Cancellation Policy

We will provide a full refund to registrants who have a medical reason for canceling the class. A $10 registration fee per class will be retained for all other cancellation refunds. To receive a refund, you must notify the ECHN Perinatal Education office at 860-647-4790 no later than 48 hours prior to the first class. No refunds will be given once the class begins.
