“Sweet Talk” is a support group for people with diabetes and prediabetes. The group meets regularly on the third Tuesday of the month from 12-1 PM at Manchester Memorial Hospital located at 71 Haynes Street, Manchester CT. Come join this Sweet talk on Nov 19th at 12 PM in the Center For Healthy living classroom, as ECHN’s integrative team explain how massage and acupuncture can help improve energy and circulation, reduce muscle tension and neuropathy, while enhancing hormonal balance and quality of life.  This class will take place at the Miller Conference Room.
