Acupuncture
What is Acupuncture? Acupuncture is an ancient healing art that originated in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves the insertion of thin sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow, balance the body’s systems, and promote natural healing properties. Massage Introduction to Massage: Massage is a therapeutic practice that involves manipulating the body’s soft tissues to enhance physical and mental well-being. It is known for its relaxing and rejuvenating effects, making it a valuable addition to your diabetes management and stress reduction toolkit. Massage and Acupuncture offer a holistic approach to well-being, addressing both physical and mental/emotional aspects of health. Integrating both therapies into your comprehensive diabetes care plan may contribute to a more balanced and vibrant life.
