Facing an upcoming induction of labor? Join this free educational class designed to help you understand what to expect before, during, and after an induction. Learn about common reasons for induction, methods used to start labor, comfort measures, pain management options, and ways to stay informed and involved in your care. This class is taught by an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse who will provide evidence-based information and answer your questions, helping you feel confident and prepared for your birth experience.

This class will run every other week.

Cancellation Policy

We will provide a full refund to registrants who have a medical reason for canceling the class. A $10 registration fee per class will be retained for all other cancellation refunds. To receive a refund, you must notify the ECHN Perinatal Education office at 860-647-4790 no later than 48 hours prior to the first class. No refunds will be given once the class begins.
