Through education and guidance, ECHN’s team of licensed rehabilitation experts have specialized training to provide cancer-specific rehabilitation services that can minimize the negative long-term effects of cancer and cancer treatments.

This program is for people living with a current or past cancer diagnosis who want to improve their fitness. Individually designed exercise programs, which may include strength/weight training, cardiovascular, balance or flexibility exercises, are available. Programs are held in a small group setting.
Assessments are by appointment only.
