DESCRIPTION:This class is specially designed for couples who recently found out they are pregnant (up to 25 weeks) or are hoping to become pregnant in the near future. \nThis class\, taught by our Certified Childbirth Educators\, will help you to have the healthiest and safest pregnancy possible. We can answer your questions about nutrition\, safe exercise\, relieving pregnancy discomforts\, fetal development\, warning signs and lots more. \nNOTE: THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM.
