A variety of hands-on techniques are taught to aid digestion\, improve sleep patterns\, help soothe fussiness and enhance baby’s growth and development. Parents learn to read baby’s cues\, meet other parents\, get support\, gain confidence in parenting and learn about baby’s emerging personality.
