Sweet Talk Support Group: How to Navigate Medical Insurance

Join us for an informative session on “How to Navigate Medical Insurance” and get the benefits in your plan. Patty Kelly , ECHN’s Patient Financial Advocate, will field your questions and educate on how to be your best advocate in navigating medical insurance.
Patty Kelly has been with ECHN for 9 years. She has over 30 years of experience in claims, billing, collections, customer service. She absolutely loves being an advocate for patients here at ECHN. She loves being able to help patients with any of their billing issues, or if they need financial assistance, help on determination of eligibility and submitting Medicaid applications, and payment arrangements.
This program will take place in the Miller Building Conference Room from 12-1 p.m. No registration is required.
“Sweet Talk” is a support group for people with diabetes. Please join us and network with other people with diabetes. No registration is needed and feel free to bring a friend or caretaker.
