Join Naturopath, Lauren Young, ND and Registered Nurse, Sierra Cameron as they share information about the science of basic lifestyle changes, establishing smart goals and how you can set yourself up for success. You will learn how to access your wellness as a whole (health & wellbeing, friends & family, personal development & growth, romance, fun & recreation, physical environment, career & money). You will also learn strategics ways to manage stress, and how to change your view of stress in your life.
