Childbirth Refresher – Advanced Comfort Skills for Labor
This is an interactive class specifically designed for couples who have had a baby before or have taken the Understanding Birth eClass. The class gives couples a hands-on opportunity to get more in-depth information on comfort & coping skills for labor. In this class participants will practice labor coping skills such as; relaxation, utilizing different positions, breathing, touch and other advanced skills. Classes limited to 6 couples.
Note: This class will be held in-person at the Family Birthing Center.
