SUMMARY:Strength and Stretch (Sweet Talk Support Group)
DESCRIPTION:“Sweet Talk” is a support group for people with diabetes and prediabetes. The group meets regularly on the third Tuesday of the month from 12-1 PM at Manchester Memorial Hospital located at 71 Haynes Street\, Manchester CT. Please join us and network with other people with diabetes. Feel free to bring a friend or caretaker. If you have any questions\, please call 860-647-6824.  \nMovement is medicine! The ECHN Cardiac Rehabilitation Team will lead an interactive session focused on stretching and strengthening safely. Learn exercises to improve circulation\, energy\, and balance—all while having fun with the group!
