DESCRIPTION:“Sweet Talk” is a support group for people with diabetes and prediabetes. The group meets regularly on the third Tuesday of the month from 12-1 PM at Manchester Memorial Hospital located at 71 Haynes Street\, Manchester CT. Please join us and network with other people with diabetes. Feel free to bring a friend or caretaker. If you have any questions\, please call 860-647-6824.  \nBuilding strength is one of the best things you can do for your health. Marc Mojica\, trainer at Train Station Gym\, will share how resistance training helps improve blood sugar control\, metabolism\, and overall fitness. You’ll learn simple exercises you can do at home or in the gym—no prior experience needed!
