The group meets regularly on the third Tuesday of the month from 12-1 PM at Manchester Memorial Hospital located at 71 Haynes Street\, Manchester CT. Please join us and network with other people with diabetes. Feel free to bring a friend or caretaker. If you have any questions\, please call 860-647-6824.  \nLet’s celebrate YOU! Join us for our annual holiday gathering. Bring a dish to share and enjoy good food\, good company\, and some festive fun as we reflect on 2025 and set new wellness goals for the new year.
