DESCRIPTION:Class meets Wednesday mornings\, March 6\, 13\, and 20 2026 \nThis program provides an opportunity for (1) parent and baby to deepen their bond and develop relaxation skills that will last a lifetime! A variety of hands-on techniques are taught to aid digestion\, improve sleep patterns\, help soothe fussiness and enhance baby’s growth and development. Parents learn to read baby’s cues\, meet other parents\, get support\, gain confidence in parenting and learn about baby’s emerging personality. Massage instruction handouts and oils included. \nBest taken when babies are 6 weeks until crawling.
