DESCRIPTION:Join us at our Lunch and Learn for Cancer Survivors and their caregivers. \nThis Lunch and Learn topic will be presented by Registered Dietitians Tracey Luciani and Bridget Sutherland.  A plant-based diet\, rich in fruits\, vegetables\, whole grains and legumes\, offers numerous health benefits.  Learn how eating more fiber-rich foods can improve your overall health and survival after a cancer diagnosis. This session will also include a cooking demonstration of a protein-packed plant recipe.    \nThis free Lunch and Learn will be held at the John A.
